*****BAIT AND SWITCH BUSINESS****** I reached out to John to get a quote on a pool. All of his quotes were all over the place to start and were constantly changing. Eventually he sold us to go with a PlayGo pool because he was a licensed installer for them and was an expert at the pools. When he finally sent me a contract to my email I sent him the deposit through Zelle but days after he called and told me that the pool ( you know the one he was an expert at installing) required a cement collar

Incredibly disappointing experience. We booked a pool opening a month in advance and paid a $50 deposit. When the appointment date arrived, they stopped responding and never showed up. We only received a reply after contacting them from a different phone number. They are now refusing to refund the deposit and falsely claiming that we cancelled the appointment. The communication and professionalism were extremely poor from start to finish. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
