Get better drivers. Apparently we weren’t going fast enough doing the speed limit or someone was late for an appointment. Passed us on a shoulder and pushed us into the oncoming lane.
I waited all day. I called just to check the ETA, and they tell me they're closing for the day. They wouldn't have called. They would've let me sit the rest of the night waiting

Cleaned out a stopped drain. Very courteous and professional. Wore booties so as not to track mud. Cleaned the sink when he was done. Excellent! Will use again in a heart beat.
