Unfortunately, after three attempts, I’ve concluded that it’s better to watch a YouTube video and fix things myself. They did replace shower cartridges successfully, but mistakes like misplacing a washer on my sink drain (which they couldn’t fix after two tries) were frustrating.

This is second time using Eric and he is great. Came immediately and was prompt, efficient and always goes above and beyond. Unfortunately I've used a few plumbers from other companies and got half ass service. Prices are reasonable and whole experience makes having plumbing issues less stressful. Highly recommend!!
