My heroes!! J&C Garage Doors is a great company to work with!!! I called and got an appointment for the next day! Such a simple thing, I should have called way earlier. Jack the technician was great, personable, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained what was wrong, he quoted me the price, told me what the warranty was. The repair was less expensive than I imagined it would be. I highly recommend using J&C for garage door repair services in Westchester County New York.

We called up J&C and they came out to replace my garage door spring and other minor repairs. They have all the parts and tools with them when they arrived, knocked out the repairs on the spot and did a darn good job!

No one ever told me that the door need to be lubricated. The door started to make annoying noises whenever I opened it up or closed it. I called J&C garage doors and set up an appointment. Michael showed 2 hours later and tested the door. He immediately heard the noises. Since I have never lubricated the door, it was too late for that. Michael changed the silver wheels and the plastic wheels, and the problem was solved. This level of service worth my review. I hope I won’t need to do so anytime

Earned my 5 stars. Now I know why J and C garage doors have such great reviews. Over the phone, 5 minutes of tutorial, was all Jacki needed to help me get the door of our garage to close. There is something I never paid attention to: safety sensor. And when it fall down, the door could not close. For the help over the phone, and for not being too pushy, wish I could give 10 stars and not just 5 Stars.

J&C were of tremendous help and I had to insist on paying! I managed to mess up the code on my garage opener and I could not get the door to come down, as I was about to leave town. I had to go and I also had to be able to open the door. We got it all done in a phone call. I had to insist in order to pay. He was going to just do it because he's focused on GREAT service and help people. While you can't make people this good you can certainly recognize their value when they are. This is value.

I did not realize that this vendor also repair steel gates, so I only phoned them once i was so desperate after no company in New York could help us get our storage warehouse rolling gate closed . I called J and C Garage Doors waiting to hear yet another “no” , when they informed me that they will have someone at our place in only two hrs. . And they did ! They closed the gate by hand , and locked it for us . I wish I could give then the perfect score , but they only completed the repair the fol
