Had a new quality Heil brand hvac system - A/handler + outside unit installed. The old system was very old and recently the refrigerant had been leaking - unknown to us until now. Symptoms were there: the system could not keep up with the rising ambient outdoor heat. Indoor temps had risen to 83 plus with the AC running and set at 77. Finally it failed (temps st 91 inside and unbearable) and obviously shouldve called sooner but your office man, Paris, was good enough to move mountains on your
