He promptly returned my call and after I texted him a picture of the area of concern he quoted me a price and said he would be out the next day. The next day, he texted me to let me know his arrival time. The repair of the initial area was made and he and his helper went above and beyond to repair a couple of others areas of soffit that were not right. James and his crew were outstanding in all respects. Most importantly, the attention to detail on all aspects of siding, facia, and trim work were excellent. James was responsive and took no shortcuts, revising any work that didn't meet his high standards. A lot of contractors make promises - James follows through. Great experience!
