If he can't do it, he will tell you he can't but he will recommend the best person that can do the job, at a reasonable price. I have used Jake to build a fence, construct a storage shed and address issues with our cooling system. He does great work, always shows up on time, and charges reasonable rates. I will be using him on other projects in the future. He's our "go to" man.
