Replaced my roof main roof balcony and shed. Balcony and shed were in such poor condition that you could not walk on them. Initial quote $9k. On the day to do the job, quoted me another $6k for new plywood even though I was already quoted for it. So dishonest. Will not come back to complete unfinished work. I spent $4k on the shed for the roof and rotten wood to be replaced. Did not finish the job. He says I have to hire someone else to replace to rotten wood. Insane
