A stormwater drain broke near our sunroom and washed out the base, dropping the entire slab two inches. They installed slab piers and lifted it back up with hydraulic jacks. The loud crack it made when settling back in place was oddly satisfying. Through this thundery month, zero movement. Highly recommend, they patched the stucco crack too.
