Careful calling. I reached out for a quote to rekey a doorknob. Was told their technician would be calling back. Received multiple calls throughout the day from different companies. One company called from Saratoga Lock and Key very upset and yelled threats and used very nasty words because they thought we were a spam caller. He called multiple times to the point I had to get authorities involved to get him to stop. So be very careful. I believe they may subcontract out the work to other locks

Made an appointment after being locked out of my apartment. They didn't show up to the appointment, when we called again, they told us to keep waiting as they would send someone. After wasting even more of our time, they finally caved and told us they didn't even have a technician and no one would be available until the day after. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, joke of a business.
