They installed a new septic tank and field in October. The field is leaking and they have not fixed it despite several phone calls. They are aware of the problem but have not made an effort to fix it. The communication on their part is horrible. I do not recommend using them to install a new tank or field. As of March 2026, total septic field failure!!

Jack & Vernon’s Septic Tank Service did an excellent job installing a new septic tank and Eljen GSF System (Geotextile Sand Filter). The price was fair, the communication was very good and the work was flawless. The team of Rich, Dale, Scotty and Coby worked hard and got things done quickly and professionally. They gave me lots of good advice and went above and beyond to make sure it went smoothly. Thanks guys!
