Update… I’ve updated this to 2 stars. After taking an additional full-day off of work, I was finally able to be scheduled. The service I received was good and my A/C is up and running. I also received personal calls from the service manager and owner apologizing for the experience, asking for feedback, and a refund of the service fee I paid. Still a frustrating experience overall, but I’ll give them credit for trying to make amends after the fact. DO NOT USE… this is the most inefficient and l
