Oct 29 2024 J.Robert roofing removed and installed a new roof on our home. This was not an insurance claim and we paid cash. January 21 2026 we received a letter from the city stating the permit was open and had not been closed. The letter stated there was not a final inspection and no photos on file of approved underlayment. I called Alan's cell # that week and left a voice mail.
