Don't waste your time. Guy showed up without tools, even though I very specifically requested a camera to look into pipes. Did not do any true investigation. I had to pay $50 for the guy to even arrive at my home, which I learned later is not standard. I asked for a refund, no reply. Gave me quotes for potential issues which were about $4,500. I had work done on both of my showers with Anthony, Kyle, and Michael. My building is not easy to work with with all of the rules and regulations and all of the technicians were all super professional and easy to work with.
