This company is a complete waste of your time. After making two appointments to come out to our home in Scottsdale and missing both of them, the sales rep came the third time, took extensive notes and apparently quick a week later. After 4 weeks of no-follow up, I requested a second visit. Absolutely terrible experience. We had Iwired pre-wire our newly built home, and it has been nothing but a nightmare trying to get them to actually complete the job. We have been calling for months—over a dozen times—and every single time we’re told someone will call us back to schedule service. No one ever does. Do not use this company for service. They seem to have merged with another company, all sales and customer service calls are sent through a third party and the average call back time is two days. I have been waiting on an alarm install for six weeks with no call back, and my control 4 is down and the agent is literally arguing with me via text and will not call me back after five days of asking. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
