I had my belongings stored at iStorage in Mason for over 2 years, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The facility was always clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my items were safe. What really stood out was the staff. Every time I needed assistance, had questions, or needed help with anything, they were always friendly, professional, and quick to help. It’s rare to find customer service this consistent over such a long period of time.

Walked in 25 minutes before office closed Darrin was there he showed us all the options and we completed all paperwork within those 25 minutes Place is nice and clean Location is very good Darrin is also really helpful and fun guy
