Should have read the reviews before ordering. If you live nearby and can go there to pick up what you need, maybe…. I had a leak in a part of my older Autotrol water softener. They had the part that was hard to find elsewhere (so they claimed……I don’t believe it). Placed an order including $10 shipping on a Wednesday. By Friday it was still “processing”. Emailed them and the answer was “how should we proceed” after telling them I have a leak and need it immediately. I replied “send it”. Two

Super slow shipping and horrible customer service!!! Ordered filters a month ago and still nothing. Customer service never gets back to us. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Horrible customer services. They are selling items out stock. Excuses and more excuses. The order not arriving on time. I will not recommend buy anything from this company. They are using drop shipping model. They don’t have physical items in their stores.
