They communicate clearly, do quality work, make adjustments when needed, and complete things on time, in the expected budget range. Ian did an incredible job on a couple of projects in our home. He built us a custom combination bookcase/staircase that leads up to a loft/play area for our kids. We loved it so much we had him back to do floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and cabinets with a library ladder. Ian does beautiful, impeccable work, is so easy to work with and responsive.
