They weren’t transparent about there being a $125 service charge. They gave an estimate, but never mentioned the additional fee upfront. When I questioned it, they said they charge everyone a service fee, which would’ve been fine if they had disclosed it clearly before the installation.

Came out the day after a blizzard to fix my door after a cable broke and the door is working better than ever. Will definitely use them again in the future.
