For the past four years we have used Irrigation Services LLC to open and close our complex residential system. Last week, Jesse, our service technician, repositioned two heads and installed a water faucet, along with other recommendations to make our system more efficient. All of this work was done with one days notice. You’ve made our lawn and garden maintenance much easier. Highly recommend this company and their friendly staff.

One of their employees cut me off on the interstate. I had to slam on my brakes so the trailer he was pulling didn’t hit the front of my car. I honked at him and then as I passed by him he was yelling at me and flipping me the bird. I called and left a message on the number listed on the side of the van. They never got back to me even though I told them I had it all on video and could send it to them. Very rude and unprofessional!

Do these guys still exist? Failed to turn in my backflow report to STL County, don't return voicemails or phone calls for weeks now. I think they may be out of business at this point? If not, just simply the worst customer service around.
