In June I had them open the system.I had used them many years. Don insisted on my paying for the faller service in advance and I did. Now I need the fall service and both of his phone numbers are disconnected. The website on his business card is no longer active. I think he stole my money and now I’m desperate to find another company even though I already paid Irrigation MD for the fall service.

Sadly, I think this company is now out of business since their website is down and, judging by recent negative reviews, there were some labor issues. Don, the owner, is an honest man and the hardest-working guy in the business. He fixed a number of leaks in my 20+ year irrigation system in a timely fashion and at an incredibly reasonable price, much better than that offered by competitors. I don’t know where these 5 star reviews are coming from… I contacted them early June. They came out the next day…great right? They called me at 7pm and told me they would be there in 5 minutes. They didn’t arrive until 9pm. Were there until 10pm. Told me they would be out the next morning to finish the repair.
