To start with the positives, the quality of the cleaning is always reliable and solid. Additionally, the cleaners always present as qualified and professional. Not the case with all cleaners. However, I've increasingly had problems on the billing side and getting an accurate estimate. Both instances happened with the same onsite team — and this did not occur with the previous teams. This firm charges way too much money for what they offer. Our move-out cleaning for a single family home cost over $1000 (more than twice what we were charged when we had move-in cleaners for it), they only sent 2 people, and they failed to dust basic things like light fixtures. It was absolutely not worth the money.

Previously, when this was a small company service was great. Now I would definitely NOT recommend this service. On top of constantly breaking things, or discoloring items by splashing bleach on towels and sheets they don't even clean. They have come to my house twice in two days and haven't even bothered to empty the trash, wipe tables down or any of the simple tasks. They do the barest minimal work and leave the place looking worse than when they showed up. Lastly, they do NOT respond to custom
