I was desperate to find someone, near me, to help me with an issue I was having with my solar system. A friend gave me the contact for this company. Herb was so nice and patient and was willing to help me even though he had not installed my system. That was above and beyond. I was very impressed. You don't find that too much in this day and age.

Very nice and friendly but some of the things I was told were misleading. Was told I could purchase battery's and install them myself which is not something that can be done with the tesla powerwall. Also if the power goes out your power does not stay on unless you have a battery backup even during the day. I was not informed of any of this.
