After having some issues and being unable to contact the people who'd sold me my system, after they'd moved shop. I was pretty disappointed. Customer service was unable to help me as well. However, after posting a review of my experience, a regional manager reached out and resolved everything.

Mike the installer is AWESOME. So knowledgeable and helpful and his workmanship is impeccable. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We have been invisible fence customers since 2017 and have always been very happy. We recently added a husky puppy to our family. James came out and happily moved our wire around a bit, set all the new flags, and helped us train our new puppy. He was very hard working, professional, knowledgeable, and nice to us and our dogs. Highly recommend James and Invisible Fence (Denver/Colorado Springs).

Update: The operations manager from Colorado contacted me directly to schedule a complimentary appt to adjust my dog's collar. The general number for Invisible Fence is giving wrong information regarding the local store and their support capabilities. I really appreciate the Colorado store reaching out to help me. Original review: Zero stars. Apparently our local office in Colorado has CLOSED its storefront, so you cannot take your dog's collar in for adjustment. The only options are to pay $
