Update 5/31/26* We went from receiving swift communication for a bit with IWS and their insurance vendor to: -slowly moving on getting authorization for basic items to repair home. -the line items prepared by field adjuster were discounted and most scrutinized and the offered settlement from them is a fraction of what is required to get home's basic repairs met. -IWS leadership has ignored our emails asking for apologies and assistance.
