My husband and I retired to Cedar City. A dream I've had since a child. However, the soil here is challenging out at the golf course, and we encountered a situation where we needed to install helical piles to secure our homes foundation. Once that was completed our slab floors however continued to sink. The company that installed the 12 initial piles does not lift floors.
