Eric was a consummate professional through the inspection process. He has a wealth of knowledge on every facet of homebuilding, and explained the pros and cons of the home in a thorough and unbiased manner. We learned through him that the home we are considering needs a new roof as the current roof is damaged and the shingles used are not in production anymore. This gives us leverage and saves us from an expensive surprise shortly down the line. Eric even provided us the report the same day
