Shantih Brando and her team did a remarkable job of staging a large, empty house and creating an inviting vision for prospective buyers. Inside and outside staging brought buyers to image themselves in the house. Furnishings were appropriate and appealing but not overwhelming. The whole look contributed to a successful sale. Shantih's team removed the furniture promptly when we needed the house empty to accommodate a quick settlement. All in all, great!!!
