I installed a new thermostat myself and the A/C was not working. I called on a Sunday and Chad first took the time on the phone to help me self-diagnose the thermostat wiring. That didn’t resolve it so he came promptly the next morning and fixed my issue, as well as discovered some improper wiring that was causing my system to be inefficient and fixed that.
