My home was built with an ICS lighting system - 10 years ago. for the few service calls we had they were very responsive and prompt with service calls. Recently a lighting strike damaged our system. they were quick to respond and worked with the insurance company to effect an insurance claim. They replaced the system in a timely fashion. They arrive precisely when they say they do for appointment and perform neat and tidy work. A pleasure to have them as a service tech.

It was a true pleasure working with Joe at ICS! We needed some help in a pinch and they made the schedule work to program our Lutron lighting system and have come back on a couple occasions to make sure it's working correctly and tweak it to make sure it's exactly how we want it. I'd recommend ICS to anyone interested in help with their lighting or other low voltage needs.
