Poor communication. Seemed nice and knowledgeable over the phone, but didn’t stick to timeframes, or follow up. I could have spent those wasted days finding another company and completing my job.

Super experienced techs, came on short notice to fix the sound system in our gym like it was nothing, the guy even had a back up amplifier just in case ours was broken. Fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. Great service and wouldn’t go with anyone else!
