Management worked with residents to plan activities which are run by residents. There was a calendar of various activities that were well attended. Upon arrival there were 40 people playing beanbag baseball. We watched and several people were very friendly and welcoming. I recently bought a nice little trailer to live in. Kayrene the manager is super nice and very professional. There's so many amenities. Coolidge is a medium size city that has all the shopping you need. If there something else you need Casa Grand is only about 20 minutes away. This is a great place to retire. Everyone is very friendly. I couldn't be happier 💕
