Useless...Came out, checked the unit. Said everything looks good here. Told my rental company the same. Not once did anyone reach out and actually ask what's going on, what's the unit doing or not doing.

The return on our AC was rattling. Jerry came out quickly and took it apart, showed us the problem. He started with the basics, not jumping to you need to replace everything. He cleaned it out and got it running smoothly. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend him!
