Got our battery backup back up and running

From my initial phone conversation with Eric and Jen, I knew I had found the right company to do my detach and reset. Had nothing but problems with first company I dealt with and was discouraged that I may not have much luck with the process. Jen was attentive and returned all my calls. This company was sub-contracted by my solar company to replace an inverter, and they left a sloppy mess where clean conduits were supposed to be. They were called out a second time to fix the first problem and they made things worse. I now have to perform my own conduit repairs to repair the damage done by their electricians.
