We were so excited when our builder recommended that he buy our door package from In and Out Door Shop as this shop receives such great reviews. Unfortunately, we've had several problems with our doors and when we've called the shop we've been treated rudely. The latest problem is that the $2500 door and door frame between our house and garage, which is supposed to be a fired door per code and per the National Fire Protection Association 80 standards, is not properly marked or labeled as a fire

This might be a small family owned Door shop, but I have been in this industry for over 30 years and these guys build a beautiful door
