I had Imperial remodel the kitchen in my Lakewood century home starting in September of 2019. The job started out well, but as time went on, there were multiple instances where the individual doing the work did not show up to my house. Many of these times, it was because they had been sent to another job. Imperial did not communicate this to me unit I called them. At that point, work would continue for a new days, and then stop again. On top this, the job took way longer than originally estimate
