Had solar panels installed two years ago and everything is working great. Reyna from this office had really turned this project into a First Class operation. Everything that was promised was completed on time. Highly recommended any solar project from THIS office.

Have had solar installed by Illum for a couple of years now and the experience has been excellent. Worked with a few companies prior to meeting Joe and his team and Illum got it right. They took the time to understand not only my current needs but future needs with electric vehicles and power usage. They designed a system that practically makes my usage net zero with the exception of fees and unpredictable weather. So we recently moved to Moreno Valley & was recommended solar by a family friend, fast forward to now, we have illum and it’s been a nightmare with this solar, at first customer service was good but after you complete and get installation you’re basically on your own and they are no longer responsive. i honestly regret getting solar and wish i could refund 😭. worst investment i made and its our first one lol

I'm so glad Trenton stopped by. I was thinking about solar and was looking to learn more about their type of program they had to offer. I was a little skeptical (how I am to all salesmen) but I got convinced a guaranteed savings on the electric bill is a no brainer. I now have solar on my roof and it looks fantastic!

From start to finish everything thing went smooth, it does take time to get approved and still waiting for solar to be turned on. Our sales person was very nice and also the installer.
