Found a broken spring and unable to open garage door last Sunday morning. Called Illiana Garage door around 7:30am. Ruben returned call within 10-15 minutes and was at our house by 8:30am. Had the springs replaced and was able to use the door by 9:15am. Fast, friendly and courteous service, especially for a Sunday morning! Would highly recommend, and we will absolutely use again for any future garage door needs. Exceptional and friendly service at a fair price.
