Thought he was rude. Called for a quote and asked if he could look at the property as we are in process of closing the home to buy (most places would charge for being called out which is expected). My wife dealt mostly with this particular project, but I have to say, we were both very well pleased by the professionalism, timeliness, value, and quality of their work. It's nice to come across actual craftsmen these days that really know what they are doing. I'm in the rehab business myself and I can say it is very hard to find good help at fair prices.
