Miserable excuse for a plumbing company. They gave my home warranty company a BS diagnosis to get a call out fee and not have to do any work. IF YOU ARE REFERRED TO IKMAR PLUMBING- TELL YOUR HOME WARRANTY YOU WANT SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE THEY COME OUT. They are incompetent- fraudulent and lazy.

Garbage company! They don't deserve even one star from me! They've been "supposedly" fixing the problem for a month and they haven't done anything. They arrive at my house without a ladder even though they clearly know what they need to do the job. If I could give zero stars I would. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!! If the home warranty assigns you to them have them reassign you!! Replaced the water heater and still no hot water. Called them the next day and they were to come out the following day. No shows. Then they said they came out and it was an electrical issue. Horrible company. They have not fixed my water heater after two trip over one month. Their techs are not well trained. They do not even order right part and when they order a part it takes them 2 plus weeks to get it and then they realized they ordered a wrong part. Do not hire them if you want your problem solved.

This company was assigned thru our Home Warranty, first they rescheduled from our our original evening timeframe appointment to morning timeframe but no showed, we called and they rescheduled backed to original evening appointment and again no showed. we waited all day no one showed up or called very unprofessional!

I have been trying to coordinate a plumbing repair with Ikmar plumbing all week but they have not responded to my emails or called me back.
