I had Ifoam come out for an estimate and it was very strange. The owner came out but about 1 hr before the appointment she had to change the time by several hours. When she got here she seemed very unsteady on her ladder; I honestly thought she might fall off. She didn't even go all the way into the attic, despite me telling her we had a unique problem that can't be seen from the attic hatch.
