Victor did an excellent job of replacing our ancient garage door motor. We had hoped it would be an easy fix, but the 19-year old opener couldn't be revived. Victor was fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and we trusted him. I like that there is a program for easy inspection next year. I didn't know that motors are recommended to be replaced every 10 years. Now we know.
