Kenny was fast and efficient and thorough as well.
ICM always hits it out of the park.
Josh was awesome! He came out and found the problem then gave us our options from there. He communicated with us the whole time and had his crew come out next day to replace our unit. Overall was a great experience working with ICM.
As usual, ICM was great. Service was not a marketing call. Kenny went above and beyond, trimming limbs from around the unit (with our permission). Pleasent and efficient.
