ibuildpdx did a fantastic job on our detached studio, executing some difficult details and creating a well built and beautiful building. We found them great to work with, always collaborative and available and they have a roster of very capable and experienced subcontractors.

Ed Valik's collaborative approach and attention to the all important details, in all phases of the design & construction, has been instrumental for the success of our partnership. His connections with architects and sub contractors was critical to keep the complex project on track and within financial parameters. iBuild worked with our architects and us to build a great, custom home. There were issues, of course, but we worked through them with open communication and things never got ugly. They caught many issues with the design / plans and made sure that things turned out right. In the end we kept the budget and have been living in the place we wanted built for 5 satisfying years and counting.

Be aware of this builder! To this date they owe us 10k and no effort to make this right. Careful with that Chris guy
