I purchased the “8-Figure Contractor” course by Daniel Quindemil from “I Am Builders,” and in my opinion, it was a complete waste of money. Most of the content is very basic, and the templates they sell are low quality and not useful for real contractors trying to grow their business. The course did not deliver the value that was promised. It felt more focused on selling products than actually helping contractors succeed. I personally do not recommend buying this course or the templates.

I was charged $97 twice after leaving the IAMBUILDERS community on Skool. I sent multiple emails with no response for weeks. After escalating and threatening a bank dispute, they refunded one month but refused to refund the other. Their cancellation process is deliberately unclear. The cancellation link is not shown during signup, not mentioned when you leave the group, and only accessible if you know where to look.
