We had a deeply disappointing experience with this company when they came to diagnose an issue with our water pump, which was still under warranty. They determined that the pump wasn’t broken, yet they went ahead and raised it without prior consultation. We were shocked to receive an invoice for $550 for this additional work, especially since we were not informed beforehand that any changes would be made. Our well pump went out on a Sunday morning. We called at 7:30, they were at our house by 9:00, and pump replaced and water back on by noon. Prompt, professional, courteous. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about the crew with HydroWells. They were quick to come out and diagnose the issue my well. They came back to make the repair and made sure to take care of my lawn as best they could. It was difficult due to the wet soil but we’re very accommodating my requests.
