This was our first time dealing with water damage (leaky dishwasher destroyed our hardwood floors) and Vince was amazing. He was communicative and highly knowledgeable. He walked us through everything, did a great job dealing with the insurance company, and when it came time to do the demo work he knew exactly what was needed and did not do any unnecessary damage.
