Our pressure pump went out late Sunday night. The website was easy to navigate and we submitted an online request for repair. Bright and early Monday morning Schwope reached out and had a technician on the way. Solved our issue within minutes. We are grateful for the speedy service call. Thanks Y’all!

Don’t do it!!! Our water pump went out on Sun, put in a request that evening, they came on Monday, Owner said he would be back in Wednesday bc of the weather, which I understand. We called Tuesday morning to get confirmation that someone was for sure coming and we got an IDK. I was confused bc the owner came out and told us he would be back. Wednesday came and gone and no one showed and never called, my husband called Thursday morning and they claimed they have no idea what we were talking about

Good news, bad news. The good: well pump failed on Saturday morning of Memorial day weekend. They had a guy on duty that came out to evaluate the situation. They are the only Well Drilling company that has somebody on duty on weekends and holidays. The Bad: my well pump was dead. I had no water. They had no sense of urgency about the situation and kept dithering and dithering on scheduling a crew to come out and pull and replace the pump. Excuse after excuse. After several days of phone
