Do NOT Use This HVAC Company — Incompetent and Unprofessional I’m beyond frustrated with this HVAC company. They sent a tech to a tenant’s apartment to diagnose an issue with the HVAC condenser located on the roof. The tech admitted he had taken the ladder off his truck and left it at another job, so he said he’d come back the next day with the ladder to actually fix the problem. Fast forward to the next day, I followed up to confirm the appointment. The tech’s response? A casual text saying,
