Great customer service. Can actually get a hold of someone when calling.

Since taking over from Talkin Trash their service is not the same. Not even close. There is no way that I am aware for automatic billing, they send the bill out quarterly instead of monthly and God forbid you miss the email. they just stop taking your trash. No follow up email, no driver stop to let you know, no phone call, just stop taking your trash... Trash customer service.

I have only had Hughes Sanitation for three weeks now but truly appreciate their hard work and their customer service. So much better than the other refuse services. Always comes exact same time, exact same day as they say. Another plus is they are a local business that truly cares and stay affordable! Thank you for all your hard work
